		<description>Your 3 days will be intense so I typically recommend "active rest" on 2- other days.  Active rest would be a yoga class, a walk with friends, etc.  Depending on where you are in your fitness ---this will be ideal, for most.</description>

		<description>I made the protein pancakes with bananas and walnuts and they were delicious.  U put peanut butter on top for some extra protein and flavor.  They kept my cravings and hunger at bay for the whole day.  I ate a whole lot less than usual.</description>
